ABOUT ME
MY PERSONAL JOURNEY TO LAUNCHING THE PEACEFUL POWER METHOD

In 2009, after a serious car crash, I was left with crippling PTSD. Through the support of intensive CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), I learnt practical breathing techniques to help me stay present and grounded when my brain spiralled into panic attacks, and to help relieve my insomnia and anxiety. As I recovered, I still relied on these simple breathing exercises to help me through stressful periods - at work, through grief, during childbirth and in everyday moments.
Fast-forward to 2018, I contracted post-operative sepsis. It left me critically ill and in intensive care for a month, battling organ failure. I thankfully recovered, yet one long-term affect from sepsis, is that my left lung has become adhered to my diaghram, restricting how my lung inflates, meaning I have had to learn to breathe again. Across my lifetime, breathing has helped me recover, both mentally and physically - something so simple, yet so powerful - that I want others to benefit from too.
MY GOALS FOR WORKING WITH YOU
I want you to reclaim the quiet power of your breath and use it to create real, lasting shifts in your health, resilience and sense of inner calm.
I want you to feel steadier in yourself, able to meet life’s pressures with clarity rather than overwhelm.
I want you to understand your nervous system so deeply that you recognise the early signs of stress and know exactly how to bring yourself back to balance.
Above all, I want you to leave our work together feeling more spacious, more capable and more at home in your own mind and body.
