Service Description
This 45-minute consultation is the first step in understanding whether working together is the right fit for you or your daughter. During our time together, we will explore the challenges you are currently facing — whether that is anxiety, overwhelm, sleep disruption, exam stress or the pressures of a demanding life stage. I will ask a series of thoughtful questions to understand your lifestyle, stress patterns and goals, and you will also experience a short practical breathing exercise so you can begin to feel the benefits immediately. By the end of the consultation, I will recommend the most appropriate programme and explain how the work could support you over the coming weeks. The consultation fee is fully redeemable against any full programme booked within 30 days, making this a valuable starting point whether you choose to continue or simply wish to experience the approach. This session is suitable for individuals, parents exploring support for their daughter, or professionals considering one-to-one guidance.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your Initial Consultation (£125) is redeemable against the cost of any full programme booked within 30 days of the consultation date. Consultations are delivered online unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure you are able to attend your session in a quiet, uninterrupted space where possible. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you. In the rare event that Lydia needs to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative appointment time or a full refund.
