A private 45-minute consultation to understand your history, current challenges, lifestyle and goals. You will experience practical techniques and receive initial guidance tailored to you. The £120 fee is redeemable against any full program, ensuring this first session delivers both immediate value and a clear, personalised path forward.
PROGRAM
DELIVERY
A structured six-week journey combining live one-to-one sessions, guided breath practices and supportive communication between sessions. Techniques are carefully introduced to build regulation, resilience and confidence without overwhelm. Sessions are delivered online, with flexibility to suit individual needs and lifestyles.
ONGOING
SUPPORT
Upon completion, you are invited into a private membership program, offering continued guidance, seasonal practices and deeper learning. This provides accountability as your needs evolve, helping you maintain progress and continued development. Members receive regular content, live sessions and priority email support.
